Duties:

    To support all cardiac imaging modalities (cardiac MRI, cardiac CT and echocardiography).

    Maintaining patient safety at all times and assisting in the smooth running of these departments.

    To provide for the day-to-day care for inpatients in cardiac imaging and specialised services.

    Participate in the On-call rota where required

    Training, teaching and supervision of Junior staff

Person Specification:

    MBBS or equivalent

    MD / DNB in Cardiology

    MRCP / Part MRCP or PLAB 1&2

    Minimum 3 years full time post graduate experience

    Minimum of 18 months of continuous Cardiology experience

    GMC registration (or eligible to secure GMC registration)

    Efficiency in Teamwork and equally good communication skills
