General Roles & Responsibilities: Under the supervision of Civica staff, the appointed staff will be required to operate and manage the day-to-day running of school libraries and promote the library as a centre of learning. Staff will be responsible for the handling of tasks such as performing library loan transactions, acquisitions and processing of library resources, execution of library programmes and activities, etc. Training will be required.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with students, teaching professionals and library vendors 
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum passes in 5 GCE 'N' level inclusive 
  
• English subject or 3 GCE 'O' level and English subject 
  

Working Hours: 5-day work week - in accordance with deployed school working hours
