Job Description:-
- Control and monitor all operations in ;
- Provide on-job training to ;
- Confirm the Discrepancy Report (DR) on non-conformity parts returned by Production & ;
- Prepare the IQC Monthly Inspection Report for supplier ;
- Prepare Child Part Inspection Standard (CPIS).
- Prepare the Defect Countermeasure Request Sheet (DCRS) and issue to ;
- Analyze, communicate and feedback to related department or supplier on incoming rejected ;
- Conduct Manufacturing Process Audit at supplier premises by annually ;
- To aware the subordinates regarding the environmental management ;
- To evaluate and handle Tier 2 submitted Process Change Proposal (PCP).
- Define and prepare SOP for required inspection ;
- As an internal auditor and program core team ;
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by your ;
Requirement(s):-
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or ;
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point & Draft ;
- Independent, self-motivated, posses leadership quality, result oriented and good interpersonal ;
- Measuring equipment literate such as Profile Projector, Caliper, and Height Gauge & ;
