Requirements:

• Preferably Native Speakers or with C1/C2 Certification

• Excellent communication skills in German and English

• Bachelor's degree holder in any field

• Experience as Team Leader is an advantage but not required

• Related work experience in a BPO set-up is a must

• Willing to work on a Shifting schedule (most probably mid shift) and during holidays

• Willing to work in Taguig City

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of German agents performing customer support to customers/clients

• Monitoring representatives' output in line with proper procedures and policies

• Ensure quality service and performance of the team

• Make sure team members are encouraged and trained through coaching and guidance

• Manage and evaluate team performance

• Handle escalated and reported issues and complains of the customer

• Perform other tasks assigned
