Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in German and English (both verbal and written)

• With minimum of 2 years in college

• Must have at least 1 year experience in Technical Support/IT

• No experience needed

• Willing to work on shifting schedule

• Willing to work in Taguig City, Philippines

• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Provide appropriate resolution to customer issues/concerns

• Handle, manage and resolve queries via phone and email

• Handle first level of support

• Escalate issues to the technical department

• Conduct procedural documentation and relevant reports
