Job Responsibilities :
Greet, assist and/or direct visitors
Performs front desk functions
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
Directs customers and visitors to company location and to concerned staff personal
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference Telephone calls
Respond to public inquiries
Perform clerical duties
Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating and faxing
Skills :
Reception/Administration experience essential
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Experience - Minimum 6 months required
Qualification/Education :
Minimum Higher School or Graduate Degree
Nationality :
Any Nationality - Filipino, Indian or Pakistani (Only Female candidates)
Visa Status :
Only applicants On Sponsored Visa of Father/Husband are preferred
