GYM INSTRUCTOR ( Abu Dhabi-Al Ruwais)
The Role:
As a Fitness Instructor, you are responsible for conducting fitness programs and assessments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all fitness services, protocols and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, common areas, and service ;
• Carry out fitness assessments on members as required
• Conduct fitness programs and inductions
• Personal Training
• Understand and advise members and guests on the correct usage of gym equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of changing rooms, pool side and gym facilities
• Adhere to all health and safety ;
• Maintain current CPR, and First Aid ;
The Person:
• High level of personal hygiene and grooming standards
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Passion for health and fitness
• It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• Previous experience in fitness industry
• Experience in personal training
• Knowledge of diet and nutrition
• Experience in teaching classes
