Job Description

You will develop transactional, payment and data processing applications for various payment terminal brands and associated devices. The successful candidate will be exposed to a real-world environment that will promote the development of a variety of skills including client communications, project management, consultancy (technical & operations), application programming & development, systems integration, commercial negotiations, pre-sales (development of commercial proposals, technical presentations, tenders, etc) & post-sales support under the mentorship of experienced seniors. The experience from this posting will place the candidate in good stead for any number of careers later on. Members of this team become specialists in the fast growing field of payments.

Responsibilities

a. Design and develop C applications for Electronic Data Capture Devices (Credit Card Terminal)

b. Design and provide solutions to end customers

c. Design and develop test plans for our applications

implementation - project planning, documentation, requirements analysis,design, development, testing and training

e. Responsible to ensure our products are well tested before sending for UAT/ deployment by our application specialist and consultant

f. Post-project Application support

Requirements

Software Engineer

a. Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science or

Electronics/Electronic & Electrical or its equivalent

b. Programming skills C and C++

c. Good interaction skills and able to work in a team and independently

d. Strong communication (written & spoken) skills in English.

e. Able to work independently or in a team

f. Fresh graduates are welcome. Training and mentor ship will be provided.

Snr Software Engineer

a. Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science or

Electronics/Electronic & Electrical or its equivalent

b. Strong programming skills C and C++

c. Good interaction skills and able to work in a team and independently

d. Strong communication (written & spoken) skills in English.

e. Able to work independently or in a team

f. Minimum 2 years' working experience in IT industry

g. Candidate with experience in any of the following areas will have a big advantage:

o EDC/Credit Card Terminal programming such as Verifone, Castle, PAX, Ingenico, Hypercom, etc

o Payment industry knowledge such as EMV

o Handheld devices
