• Participate and perform 5S, STPD and company wide activity

• Follow work rules and regulations set by section, department or company

• Follow safety, quality and environment rules of the Company

• Follow HACCP, GMP and HALAL rules and maintenance personnel cleanliness

• Any assignments/task given by superior

• Maintain the consistency accounting treatment for operating expenses

• Provide timely and quality of information

• Check and match invoice and claims of expense against relevant supporting documents and check casting

• Check Purchase Requisition and Invoices coding

• Prepare relevant schedules for Auditing and Tax Schedule

• Preparations of Journal

• Participation in stock takes

• Prepare statistic returns

• To assist in general office administration and any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time
