Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin language (verbal and written)
Fluent in English
Bachelor's degree in any course
Related experience is a plus bot not required
Experience using a collections tool is desirable
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients for their past dues and balances
Ensure compliance with collections policies and procedures
Developing and maintaining proactive working relationships with the Client
Offer payment plans to clients
