Job Description:

1)Posting customer payments by recording cash, cheques, and credit card transaction

2) Preparing customer invoices

3) Follow up all overdue accounts

4) Responsible in handling of account payable, petty cash management and assist the preparation of monthly finance report

5) Balance accounts on a weekly and monthly basis

6) Maintain communication with operational team

Requirements:

a) Proficient in Microsoft Excel

b) Must have exceptional mathematical and computer skills

c) Diploma or professional certificates

d) knowledge of hotel department functions or industry will be an added advantages

e) minimum 1 year experience (mainly account payable)

* salary RM3200-RM3600

* preferable chinese candidate
