• To coordinate the operations of the F&B outlets including sales review, cost control, customer relations, production etc

• To handle official customer complaints and provide satisfactory follow up

• To coordinate the upkeep of the fixed assets and machinery at the F&B outlets

• To develop checklist and execute the routine checking at the F&B outlets including inspection of physical condition of the fixed assets, servicing of machinery, scheduler services such as pest control, BOMBA, insurance, license etc

• To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
