- Sperm Cryopreservation and Sperm Preparation for ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection), IVF (In-Vitro Fertilization) and Intrauterine Insemination
- Testicular tissue freezing
- Checking of CO2 Incubators temperature and CO2 levels using Heraus CO2 analyzer
- Temperature checking for the heater stage, microscopes, heater blocks and other equipments
- Media Preparation for Oocyte Retrieval, Day 1, Day 2, denudation, ICSI, Embryo transfer, Embryo ;
- Fertilization checking and media change over during day 1
- Embryo selection during day 2, day 3 and day 5 for embryo or blastocyst transfer
- Oocyte, Embryos and Blastocyst Vitrification
- Liquid Nitrogen level checking and refilling for both Sperm and Embryo storage tanks
