• Plan, organizes & control all activities of the department.

• Implements and annually updates compensation program: rewrite JD if necessary

• Develop, recommends & implement personnel policies and procedures.

• Establish & maintain department records and report.

• Cover all HR Spectrum

• HR practioner.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree, any field.

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
