We are looking for an experienced and motivated person to join our team in the role of PA to the Managing Partners of our busy and vibrant Production Company based in Abu Dhabi.

 

Nomad is an end-to-end television and film Production House, working across a wide variety of projects; from corporate films and event coverage, to documentaries and broadcast shows. Our team work out of offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and work across the full production process - from concept and production, to ;

We are looking a super organized, passionate, self-starter to work directly for the Company partners in helping to manage and co-ordinate their working day, including diary and inbox ;

There will be a number of additional office management responsibilities to ensure that both our Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices run smoothly, including

• Managing new visas and visa renewals for staff;

• Managing and monitoring the renewal of company insurances and trade license

•Creating, issuing and uploading client invoices; 

• Monitoring and tracking deadlines for proposals submissions
