Job Description:
• Supervising, drafting and maintaining construction projects
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and others)
• bridging with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
• resolving design and construction problems
• reporting budgets and project resources, equipment's and materials
• ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
• coordinate and work jointly with the design team (consulting engineers) to implement improvements;
• find solutions to overcome unforeseen construction difficulties;
• Designing structures using CAD software
• Dealing with a wide range of suppliers and construction agents
• Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labor to determine a project's economic feasibility
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Skills:
• Proven working experience in construction
• Excellent knowledge of design such with AutoCAD
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, construction control
• Project supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certified Civil Engineering qualification
