b-Cause Philippines, Inc. is one of the leading translation and proofreading / editing companies in Japan and in the global sphere. We are a company of diversely talented individuals that never puts limit to learning and excellence.
We are currently in need of Sales Representatives with the following qualifications:
• University graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration / Commerce or Accountancy from a reputable school and with good scholastic records;
• Knowledgeable in marketing and related field;
• Possesses excellent English skills with clear accent (American accent is preferable);
• Can establish great rapport with prospective clients;
• Able to meet company sales goals; and
• Patient, hardworking and professional in handling client issues.
Preferred Skills:
• Has at least 2 years experience in the marketing field or as a sales coordinator;
• Has a solid foundation of customer service skills, prospecting skills, negotiation skills, closing skills, presentation skills, confidence and client relationship;
• Capable of addressing the needs of the clients in a clear and understandable manner using the English language;
• Has clear understanding of Japanese business culture; and
• Computer and internet savvy.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary is given every 25th of the month;
• Salary starts from Php12,000 to Php 20,000 according to your skills and experience; and
• Travel Allowance, Overtime Pay, Performance Bonus, Special Field Bonus, TOEIC Exam Sponsorship and Trip to Japan for best employees.

Day Shift: 9 - 6 , Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
Work schedule will be based on Japanese Calendar.
