We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with excellent language skills and a customer obsessed skillset.
We expect CSRs working on our company to acknowledge situation, adjust tone, escalate issues, establish trust, explain actions, practice empathy, set expectations and solve problems.
All CSRs should have native/near-native language skills, live customer support experience (including handling customer complaints), high computer literacy, and technology savviness.
We are looking for CSRs who can provide not only a superior customer experience , but can also demonstrate operational excellence (service level, quality, productivity, policy adherence, etc.
