Job Description:

The Workforce management Real-Time analyst plays a critical role in assisting call center operations to achieve service levels and productivity performance goals. This position is responsible for reporting, staffing & scheduling, and real time productivity management. This individual will monitor and enhance the performance of the staff in a real-time and sales environment.

Requirements:

-A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in a relevant area.

-1 to 2+ years WorkForce Management experience

-Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

-Experience with Workforce Management software (scheduling, performance tracking, reporting)

-Maintain composure in critical situations and communicate effectively, both written and verbal

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels

-Be highly organized with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

-Organize information and have attention to detail and accurately follow procedures.

-Work alone with minimum supervision and with others in a team environment, occasionally under time pressure and on several tasks at the same time.
