Chief Engineer, Male required for a Hotel in Dubai.
Job responsibilities include supervision of the operations and equipment, preventive maintenance and repairs of the hotel equipment, tools, and facilities. Must also coordinate with the contractors and coordinate for the renovations. In charge of all admin related works of Engineering. Ensure hotel emergency alarm systems are in good working condition. Must maintain records and ensure CCTV camera systems are in appropriate working condition. Ensure that the proper usage and handling of all equipment complies with the Health & Safety standards of the hotel and is in line with the requirements from the local authorities.
