Looking for Quality control Manager for Bahrain
Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering,
Industrial Management or any other technical field. At least 10 years of practical work experience in the field of manufacturing quality inspection, 5 years of which at senior supervisory or managerial level.
Key Responsibilities
(1) Reports to the General Manager or to the Managing Director; having the overall responsibility of the
Quality Control Department functions; works closely with other department heads/managers to plan and implement company goals, policies and ;
(2) To develop and implement the department policy and objectives; to ensure staff's compliance with the
established policy, procedures and ;
(3) To participate in the product planning and development to establish best correlation between the
product attributes and customer ;
(4) To ensure inspection, verification and quality control of the manufactured products, raw materials used
in ;
(5) To halt production if quality of products fails specifications or machines are out of specifications and
take appropriate corrective/preventive action along with the Production ;
(6) To plan and manage facility's maintenance and/or departmental budget. To develop quality control
equipment maintenance program and recommend replacement of equipment, if ;
(7) To establish work priorities, delegate work to quality control staff and ensure deadlines are met and
procedures are ;
(8) To train or oversee the training of employees in the areas of quality control, policy, procedures and any
new method or operating ;
(9) Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
(10) To comply with the company's Quality Management System and other certification requirements.
(11) To perform relevant duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by immediate supervisor from time
to time
