Title:
Cultural Awareness and Disability Trainer
Job Brief (Objective):
Cultural Awareness and Disability Trainer primary responsibilities:
• Conduct training for clients from various industries in cultural awareness and disabilities.
• Must be organised with impeccable time management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Liaising with clients and management.
Reports to:
Various members of the management team
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate a participant-focused training approach in cultural awareness and disability.
• Manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs in support of the organization's needs.
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs.
• Must set the standard and expectations through example in his/her
conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
• Obtain feedback from participants.
• Liaise with members of the business development team and management on the success of the training and report back.

Requirements (Qualifications/skills):
• Qualification in teaching
• Experience in a teaching or training position
• Highly organized
• Self-motivated
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A deep understanding of the attitudes and characteristics of different cultures and disabilities
• Proficient in IT
• Drivers licence advantageous
Benefits:

• Salary of 3-5000 AED depending on experience
Working Hours:
• Full Time
