Job Description:

Speaking over phone through customer and resolving the technical issues in the product software based on the ticket raised by the customer.

Providing Online tech support.

Experience or Knowledge in ERP is plus

Visiting to the client location and rectify the issues in the installed product software and provide resolution based on specified date and time.

Create the good relationship with all the clients and help them whenever necessary

Priorities the work and complete the work on-time based on the requirement

Experience in SQL Server such as writing queries, Triggers, view and stored procedure database is highly required.

Product based company experience is preferred

Candidate should have language speaking skills

Tamil and English speaking is Mandatory.

People who can speak any of these additional languages such as Kannada / Telugu / Hindi or Malayalam is given preference.

QUALIFICATION :

GRADUATE / POST GRADUATE WITH TECHNICAL / COMPUTER SCIENCE DEGREE IS REQUIRED.

Industry type: -

IT (Information Technology) service / Product development companies are preferred.
