Job Description

• Prepares Delivery Receipt for all items/materials subject for distribution to internal and/or external customers whether purchased or non-purchased in nature.

• Prepares Receiving Report for all received materials/items from suppliers.

• Responsible for tagging and monitoring all fixed assets and accountable assets

• Responsible for safe-keeping all items / stocks within the premises of the Material Section

• Adheres to procedures required for stores/materials documents and receiving documents.

• Performs warehouse control, inventory control and related duties.

• Uses tools are responsible for their accountability.

• Maintains area machines and equipment used in stores/materials and shipping and receiving.

• Resolves any material needs, solving material problems and inventory control issues as they arise.

• Generates weekly reports as required and needed in the Warehouse.

• Filing of Documents such as IR, DR, Return, Inventory office supplies, consumables etc.

• Submits Monthly report to General Manager.

Qualifications

• Preferably male

• Must be 25 years to 30 years old

• Graduate of any 4-years course

• Knowledgeable in Records Management; knows how to counter check documents, proper filing, labeling, storage etc.

• Atleast 1 year work related experience
