txtmeQuick seeking passionate sales people to join their growing team of professional sales associates. Callers will enjoy a steady salary of $80 per forty hour week plus opportunities for sales based bonuses (up to $80/week)!


To qualify you must have a great phone personality, a good quality headset with reliable internet and minimal background noise. And of course a desire to succeed in a fast paced environment! The interview will consist of a script study, a written exercise and a script reading where you must be able to demonstrate positive redirection/acknowledgement and comprehension skills.

Qualifications:

Must have a quiet space to work

Has the ability to make calls/talk on phone late at night

Has very good internet connection (since if they do not, the quality of the call will not be good)

With a good microphone (otherwise they do not sound good when making calls)

Must have good American accent

Must have a good accents / no accents when speaking (they must be interview by phone also to confirm their voice)

Must have determination and the drive to work towards targets

Can embody us to express and align yourself with commission

Must be able to adapt to different campaigns

Must be able to acknowledge/respond properly

Must be able to Smile, because smiling while doing sales calls is a VERY important aspect of making sales calls

Must have full confidence and motivation

Has the ability to 'improvise' - in cases they may not have the answers necessary, they must have the ability to 'deflect' or be up front about the fact that they will find out and get back to them

Must have overall very pleasant over the phone

Has an Effective time management skills


Job Responsibilities:

Will gather information about the business

Will gather contact information for business owner/manager

Will set an appointment for the 'sales closer' to talk to the owner/manager

Will invite managers for webinars

Will be gathering information / appointment setting

The closers will talk to owners/managers and 'sell services' (such as web --design/text services/loyalty programs/advertising)
