What you'll be doing:

• Assist the Recruitment Supervisor in various recruitment-related tasks

• Conduct interviews and orientations for Home-Based e-Educators

• Make sure that all correspondences from the applicants are properly addressed

• Attend external events ( job fairs, school fairs) on a regular basis

• Report their tasks on a daily basis

• Consolidate reports at the end of day to be submitted to the Recruitment team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Education, or the equivalent

• Has 3 Years Recruitment background.

• Has experience in HR Recruitment, Branding or marketing experience is an advantage.

• Previous Online English Teaching experience is an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Photoshop and Internet navigation

• Driven, highly-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics

• Proactive and works with minimal supervision

• Willing to work on shifting schedule and on holidays

• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
