- Maintain proper filing system and ensuring effective document control for easy access & retrieval
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events including preparing meeting minute
- Performs office duties include overseeing collections from tenants and APM machines
- Responds to and follow up on collections via post, telephone, and personal visits
- To manage, organize and update reports related to tenancy agreement, master list of rental, ;
- To perform any duties that may be assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
- Minimum possess SPM, Pre-U/ STPM/ A-Level/ Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Languages Required: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to speak Chinese will be an added advantage
- Candidates must willing to work in Melaka
- 01 full-time position available
