JOB DESCRIPTION

Overall supervision of the whole complex. Attendance to series of roving inspection, ensuring the wellness of the complex, coordinating with the Admin Supervisor and Admin Secretary concerns needing attention.

Any course related to construction/maintenance or business management

Preferably MALE, 25 - 35 years old

Facilitating manpower activities, assessment of accomplished assignment, giving feedback as to their quality of work.

Proving incident report reports to the management.

Ensuring timely submission of incident reports for proper necessary action.

Performs all tasks or duties that may be assigned to him relevant to his position.

Applicant must have an experience in over-all supervision and roving inspection of commercial complexes and facilitation of manpower activities

Can work with minimal supervision

Can adapt in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Knowledgeable in handling people,technical and maintenance aspects that may be assigned to him

Willing to relocate in all site complex of the company

Willing to work in shifting schedules

Initial and Final interview will be done in head office in Cubao, Quezon City

Willing to under go 7days training
