We are looking for a young, brilliant and switched on MARKETING COORDINATOR to join our dynamic communications company (marketing/advertising /publishing). Experience in marketing (social media, digital, advocacy, etc.), advertising, PR, publishing industry or any allied field preferred. You must have excellent communication skills, be particularly strong in writing and task management, have a positive attitude and are ready to join a hardworking, multi-skilled small team who can do big things. JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide across-the-board support for marketing/advertising/publishing projects - from research, planning, strategy development, to execution, and day-to-day management. Manage social media platforms, including content creation, daily monitoring, and monthly report generation. Assist in running events, and expanding and maintaining media contacts. Assist in maintaining and servicing assigned accounts while developing new accounts opportunities. Process all correspondence, paperwork, and documentation related to accounts. Assist in achieving the company's sales targets. Cultivate market contacts that would help improve the business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Attainment: College Graduate
Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, PR, publishing industry or any allied field
Technical Skills: Must be proficient with computers (Microsoft Office) and adept with the internet, especially social media
Interpersonal Skills: Good communication skills are a must. Must be excellent in oral and written English communication
Others: Must understand and always practice professionalism and discretion at all times; confident, disciplined, independent, and has own initiative; hardworking and committed to work; flexible, able to multi-task and ready to learn new things and geared to meet any kind of challenge.
