JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Qualified to be supervisor or manager level and very knowledgeable on the following areas:

• Oversees the execution of the staffing strategies in ALL positions

• Oversees a team of recruiters, providing coaching, development and assessment

• Provides full life cycle recruiting, sourcing/prescreening candidates, tracking candidates in the applicant tracking system and to forecast recruiting shortages.

• Need strong organizational skills and project management to understand the company's current staffing model and resources while working to improve department processes and procedures.

• Responsible for tracking and reporting recruiting metrics and performance daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly

• Maintains a strong network of industry contacts for potential sourcing and hiring

• Provides continual and ongoing support, coaching and development for recruiters with respect to sourcing, screening, matching and closing

• Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent

• At least 4 years of working experience in SOURCING, RECRUITMENT, MANPOWER PLANNING is required for this position

• Experience managing a team of four or more personnel

• Has experience in a BPO/Call Center Recruitment set-up

• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
