Responsibilities:

•  Contracts and Corporate Services 
  
• Contract review through identifying the risk in any contact and liasing with internal business teams for input 
  
• Contract drafting with input from end-users to reduce legal risk for the corporation 
  
• Contract risk management involving monitoring compliance of ;
  
• Legal advice by identifying non-compliance issues, providing implications, suggesting available course of action 
  
• Implementation of defense and/or litigation measures in respect of claims or complaints against the corporation, its officers, employee and personnel 
  
• Pleading drafting and review 
  
• Risk management of cases 
  
• Legal advice/opinions 
  
• Administrative and support 
  
• Compliance and monitoring 
  
• Other services 
  

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Law or ;
  
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this ;
  
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Law/Legal Services or ;
  
• Full-Time position(s) available.
