We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter for a leading digital marketing agency in Dubai that executes the most cost-effective strategies to boost your company's sales, and works to meet all the requirements of a client.This Recruiter will be responsible for driving recruiting efforts and will be a key member of the client's recruiting team.
- Must have significant recruiter experience, in multiple recruiting environments ( more than one organization, agency or corporate)
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Support HR Managers in sourcing candidates, coordinating/ scheduling interviews.
- Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues

- Work closely with the HR Managers to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.).
- Use a range of sourcing and recruiting techniques (search engines, social networks, job boards, databases and direct recruiting techniques) to identify top talent for current and future openings
- Proven knowledge and expertise in all sourcing methods including using recruiting research, cold calling, warm calling and internet recruiting
Qualification and experience
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent
· 2-3 years of experience in as a third-party recruiting agency strongly preferred.
· Conducting thorough interviews of candidates and writing candidate reviews
· Strong networking abilities
