QUALIFICATION

* Resident of Lucena City or any nearby city / municipality 

* Preferably 30 years old or older

* Graduate of Human Resources /or/ any business-related course

* At least two (2) years experience; Management Assistant (supervision of office and production personnel) in a production-oriented enterprise or organization 

WORK (JOB) DESCRIPTION

* Accountable for the implementation of company guidelines that pertain to employees' task descriptions 

* Perform a supervisory role, both Production and Office Personnel

* Assist Upper Management in crafting of and carrying out 'suitable' programs or measures that endeavor the enhanced performance (or output) of personnel
