• Must have at least 6 months of data encoding experience 
  
• Must have a speed of 45 WPM with 97% accuracy 
  
•  Must be keen with details 
  
•  Must be patient and diligent 
  
•  Must be able to understand and follow instructions 
  
• Must be a fast learner 
  
• Must be reliable 
  
• Good background in MS Office, Internet, and other encoding software 
  
• Willing to work in Makati
