We are an established designer kitchen company, seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, target driven, sales and customer-focused individuals to fill the position of Kitchen Design Sales Consultant (Must have least 3 years kitchen sales and design consultant experience). Basic salary plus commission; earning potential for top performers.

Duties: 

Lead generation, cold-calling, and canvassing.

Following up leads

Converting leads to sales

Design, measuring and space planning during consultations with customers.

Presenting designs and quotes to customers.

Negotiation and sales

Meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Staying informed on the latest interior design trends, accessories and materials, and technologies for the kitchen.

Assistance during trade shows and the manning of stands to assist potential customers and convert the same to promising leads.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification Matric,

Must have at least 3 years of kitchen sales and design consultant experience. (Retail sales and shop assistant sales are NOT relevant and will not be considered)

Interior Design / Sales / Marketing Qualification will be an advantage.

Qualifications in / experience as a designer in the kitchen design industry.

Interior design software knowledge and experience.

Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.

Candidate must have your own, reliable transport and a valid driver's license.
