Job Responsibilities
Installation,Testing, Commissioning, Programming & Maintenance of Fire Detection & Protection System(conventional fire alarm system, addressable fire alarm system, FM200 system, Foam system) ROOM INTEGRITY, PAVE, CO detection system and Central Battery ;
Well experienced in supervision, Installation, testing and commissioning of all Fire protection systems at residential, commercial and industrial ;
Supervision of electrical equipment erection works as per client specification and drawing.
Maintenance and repair of Fire Protection Equipment.
Prepare daily site progress reports and discussing with Projects Manager
Attend to weekly site progress meeting followed by the preparation of minutes of the meeting.
A member of the team for supervision, Installation, testing and commissioning of Fire protection Systems.
Knowledge in UAE Codes,NFPA.
Skills
Good communication skills.
Knowledge in Installations (ELV).
Handling of commercial / Residential / Industrial projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills & coordination with MEP.
Good leadership qualities. Can undertake challenging Tasks.
Documentation of handing over test report, testing and commissioning report etc
