We're searching for a multi-tasking Guru! This person should have knowledge of Human Resources, Corporate Administration, Financial Models & Worksheets and assist the General Manager with all things related to office management.
We are growing aggressively in our Malaysia office and we are looking for a hardworking numbers Guru to join our OMG family.
What you will be doing:
Finance
Familiar with Malaysian labour laws
Keep cash flow statements up to date
Manage costs
Prepare Budget Sheets
Ensure payroll is on time
Ensure Malaysian Tax and EPF laws compliance
Recruitment
Identify skilled candidates
Reach out & Invite them for interviews
Conduct Reference Checks
Compose Letter of Offers, Appointments and Confirmation
Ensure compliance of Malaysian Recruitment Laws
Manage development of employee handbook
Insurance plans for team
Inventory Management
Office Management
Employee Management
Culture
