An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager/Lettings Negotiator in our Uckfield office. We are looking for someone enthusiastic and conscientious with previous experience in lettings and property management to help manage our large lettings portfolio.

You will need to:

Have good communication skills both verbal and in writing.

Be experienced in dealing with landlords and tenants, building trust with them and getting to know their properties.

Have experience in referencing tenants and setting up tenancies.

Be able to instruct maintenance contractors and have experience in the type of work they do.

Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants during the tenancy for maintenance issues.

Be able to conduct viewings and respond correctly and accurately to tenants enquiries.

Be able to work as part of a team in a small, busy office.

Have a good knowledge of Excel and general IT skills.

Have a full driving licence. A pool car is available but you may need to use your own car from time to time.
