Qualifications & Requirements

• Must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Interior Architecture or equivalent
• Compulsory skills: Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, VRay, able to read AutoCAD drawing
•  At least 1 year of working experience in Interior Design environment will be advantageous
•  Architectural 3D modeling, material texturing, lighting and high-quality rendering (VRay rendering)
•  Enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast-paced environment with excellent time management skill and able to meet deadlines
• A good team player, committed, self-motivated, multi-tusker, creative, detail-oriented, fast, organized
• Positive working attitude, good initiative, committed and willing to learn
• Possess good communication and inter-personal skills
•  Fluent in spoken and written English.
•  Able to start work immediately.
•  Submit at least 5 images showcasing exterior and interior architecture modelling and rendering skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and construct 3D architectural perspectives using 3Ds Max.

Produce 3D models based on AutoCAD drawings.

Able to create photorealistic (interior & exterior) images and apply appropriate lighting and textures to 3D models.

A keen eye for colors, detail and depth to create attractive imagery.

Perform any duties assigned by Management.
