We are looking for suitable candidates to join our company as telemarketing executives. Join our young and dynamic team as we expand our growth in the health and beauty supplements market.

* Only for Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia speaking candidates

* Additional for Language allowance for Mandarin speaker RM200-300

* Office hours: Night shift 6:00PM to 12:00AM (Part-time) OR (Full-time) 9AM-6PM 

* Attractive sales commission

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Outbound calls to customers who have placed the order on our site and are keen to use our products; 

-Ensure high service standards by following product guides and sales scripts;

-Set your monthly sales targets with us and do your best to achieve them; 

-Educate perspective customers on product use and highlight benefits; 

-Resolving sales issues quickly and efficiently

-Build relationships and cross-sell featured products

-Possess a positive attitude, look forward to challenges and solutions;

# Candidate must possess at least STPM/ "A" Level/Pre U, Diploma, and/or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma. Experience in counselling, sales, telemarketing or event management is an advantage.
