1. Chartered or Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Certified Information Systems Auditor
2. Extensive experience in internal audit in the Oil & Gas Industry, with proven ability / track record of successful management in Internal Audit
3. Familiar with risk based auditing process and ability to plan, develop audit programs, perform and supervise fieldwork, coach and mentor audit teams to deliver high quality audits results and reports
4. Must have excellent interpersonal and team building skills, with ability to multi-task and deal with Management / staff at all levels
5. Detailed understanding of IIA Standards, COSO, COBIT, ERM, ACL and Audit Software (e.g. TeamMate)
6. Detailed understanding of Accounting & Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Contracting and Marketing functions
7. Knowledge of SAP system functionality and experience of SAP/IT systems auditing
8. Must have high level report writing and presentation skills
