Job Description:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino, Chinese speaking is an advantage
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Prepares payable vouchers to suppliers
• Administer the purchase of office supplies and stocks needed for operation.
• Handles own Inventory of all Operating Supplies
• Communicate with Suppliers local.
• Able to sort for best rates of items to be purchased of even shipping lines/broker/freight services.
• Any task that may be assigned from time to time
• Payroll preparation
• Keeping Track / Filing of Employee 201 Files
• GOVERNMENT REMITTANCES
• Monthly Expense monitoring for GTC
• Government Mandatory Benefits & Contribution
• Administering Govt Payments Online / Filing Everything in an Organized manner after payments have been settled.
• BIR/Pag-Ibig/PHIC/SSS
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Required Skill(s): Quickbooks, Computer Literate

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
