General Responsibilities:  

Provide support to management  group, through information analyses ( current processes, actual performance vs. budget and prior year, budget, etc.), preparation of operational data/analyses for publication to various constituents throughout company (Management, Sales, Operations, etc.) who rely on/benefit from the information to make informed business decisions.  

Specific Responsibilities: 

• Handle monthly consolidation, budgeting and forecasts 
• Handle and prepare group financial management reports 
• Handle and  liaising with other stakeholders with regards to Tax, Legal matters and all other issues related to finance 
• Manage internal and external audit of the Group 
• Manage an accounting team of 4 - 6 people 
• Handle business analysis duties 
• Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures, processes, etc.)  
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.  
• Handle all the HR functions (payroll, staff claims, statutory, ect.) 
• Understand and follow company rules and regulations.  
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.  

Education And Experience Requirements: 

• At least two years experience in a similar position; 
• Experience with accounting firm preferred, group accounting, and/or regional experience will be given priority.  
• CPA or CA required.  
• Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude including willing to work extended hours during peak periods.  
• Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with Google documents, proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.  
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
• Self motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
