Our client, Precision Marketing Group, has been in business for over 24 years, growing to become one of the UK's largest marketing services providers, specialising in healthcare.
They are seeking to engage a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), based at their offices in Bury St Edmunds.
The right candidate will have the opportunity for promotion to Board Level.
You will play a pivotal role in Sales and Marketing activities to maximise the profitability and future success of the business. Ideally accessible to the Bury St Edmunds offices to work with the Client Account Management teams, the Head of Marketing and be part of Executive Management Team who report to the CEO and which comprises of Chief Technical, Chief Digital and Chief Operating Officers.
As the role is client focussed and so more typically you will be out of the office, it makes a close personal location to Bury St Edmunds less critical.
This is a NEW position, dedicated to senior-level negotiation of commercial partnerships and enhancing the marketing budgets of Precision's 400+ client base.
You will need to have:
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and eCommerce and ideally have worked in an agency environment as well as a corporate environment.
Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful commercialisation strategies
An incredibly hands-on approach
A great deal of flexibility and an exceptionally innovative approach
Strong strategic, creative thinking, communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Salary: Negotiable (Depending on Experiences) GBP/annual.
