Job Description
- CEO Personal Expenses recording, monitoring and filing
- Assisting and offer drinks to CEO, visitors & colleagues
- Maintaining office cleanliness
- Always monitor and assisting CEO's, drinks,meals and merienda
- Filing and completion of all 201 files
- Recording minutes of the meeting on all meeting discussions
- Assistance on other related works and bank payments
- Any task that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Computer Literate
- Multi-Tasking
- Can handle pressure
- Experience is an advantage
- Fresh Grad. are also welcome
