تفاصيل الوظيفة
Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
Train staff and supervise shift schedules
Ensure compliance with licenses, hygiene, health, and safety legislation / guidelines.
Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies in line with the Chef's requirements
Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
Greeting and advising customers, taking orders and accepting payment.
Prepare and presenting staffing and sales report
Job Requirements:
3-5 years experience in the same field
Team player with a good interpersonal skills
Excellent Leadership skills and can handle a fast-paced environment. Has a willingness to work long hours and must be available to work on weekends or works on a shift
Excellent verbal and written communication, time management abilities and customer service skills.
Can work under pressure and high problem-solving skills
Required qualifications
