Responsibilities:

Oversees all company social media management including Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc including developing, engaging & creative content to promote brand-focused messages

To ensure potential Patients enquiries are attended to accurate and timely manner including emails, social media, phones, Whatsapp etc

To be responsible for new patient sales conversion, appointments, sales, etc

To assist the management on measurement of marketing and customer related metrics such as sales & patients trend analysis, spending patterns, etc

To maintain and upkeep the correct information and records of new and existing patients

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Communication

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
