Job Role
The Marble Division of the Group Require Operations Coordinator to ensure professional coordination and management support with clients, Business Development Team , Operation, Finance and across all the departments of the organization. The candidate will be performing the documents control function and report on the smooth operation of onsite activities ;
The candidate must have experience in construction/ Facility Management industrial sector and previous experience in the similar role will be definite advantage. The candidate should poses valid driving licenses of UAE.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in generating a business proposal and sales quotation, follow up and expedite with clients and stakeholder under the direction of Head of Sales and Operations data such as pictures from the site, sort them, and store them on office desktop/NAS drive daily reports for clients as per the standard format of the company.
Daily site report and daily Progress report from Supervisors, check it and mail it to Line Manager/Project In-charge the Operations Board in the office with all relevant details as mentioned on the board. Take a pic and post it on Stone-Pro's Operations Group daily attendance on the Excel sheet as per the format of all the staff including operatives and non-operatives. Any absence/sick must be intimated to their respective LM.
Site visit to validate the reported work progress as per actual work is done on the site. the proper allocation of human resources on day to day basis and site basis management on daily operational activities documents are filed as per standard documentation process and Electronic Database is maintained as per norms
Support function for Sales and business development function
Support function for finance on collection follow up , visiting clients for the collection of cheque and receivable follow-ups any challenges and task assigned by the line manager
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
3 years of work experience as coordinator in UAE Construction/Facility Management industry
Degree / Diploma in Engineering and Management studies
to provide high-quality office coordination services
knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint and ;
knowledge will be an added advantage.
communication skills in English and people management skills
with strong problem-solving skills
controller activities" such as handling, sorting, filing both hard copies and electronic copies
