Conceptualize fresh ideas for video shoots

• Participate in brainstorming and pre-planning to discuss how to conduct the shoot that is faithful to the original concept
• Make the necessary planning on all scope of the shooting day. (this includes but not limited to location, equipment, talent, props, lights, duration, etc.)
• Offer consulation on shooting inquiries for the rest of Quipper Philippines
• Manage a shooting studio
• Keep a detailed schedule for all current and upcoming shoot schedule

Be in-charge of the video shooting

• Take control of the camera, lights, props and pace on shooting day. Maximize the schedule for all parties involved.
• Be the Director who motivates the talent and production flow as expected from the pre-planning
• Consider all external inputs during shoot day to better improve the captured material
• Keep the aesthetic but still manage the expectations on every shooting sequence

Resources Management

• Take good care of the studio, shooting equipment, props and other facilities to prolong their use
• Maximize the budget for each shooting day, this includes but not limited to utilities, batteries, storage, duration, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years working experience either freelance or full-time
• Has working knowledge as:

• A wedding video shooter for Same Day Edit would be an advantage
• Online portfolio of own edited videos

Good to have

• Ability to lead (people, projects, initiatives)
• Ability to collaborate and work across different departments/ functions
• Experience working in online learning industry in a similar position, with a proven track record of:

• Passion for, and experience in the education field in the Philippines, specifically
• Teaching (K-12 preferred)
• Training (professional/ corporate/teacher training)
• Coaching and training
• Project management skills
