The Sales Manager will be responsible for handling sales processes, bringing in new business (leads generated by company marketing campaigns as well as self-generated leads) and ensuring the provision of services by other departments is done according to the highest level of Customer Service.

You will be the lead point of contact for all key Client matters, anticipate the Client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and the Client is fully satisfied with the quality of services provided.

Requirements:

Male Hindi native speaker with excellent English written and verbal communication skills may apply

UAE experience 2 years +

Knowledge of sales techniques and procedures

Experience in Corporate Services is a must: second citizenship, business setup, bank account opening in the UAE, accounting & bookkeeping.

Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, Customer Relationship Management

Result driven and highly proactive personality

 Responsibilities:

Effective on-boarding of new clients through personal professional network, Social Media, and personal connections.

Establishing, expanding relationships with Agents and bringing in new clients.

Working with operations team, finance team, managers, marketing team, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of services are being delivered and all Clients' expectations are met.

Achieving monthly sales target.

In-depth knowledge of company's Customer Service philosophy, mission & vision, service packages.

Knowledge of current tendencies and trends on the UAE market, which are affecting entrepreneurs' decision to establish and grow their business in the UAE.

Developing trust relationships with all Clients in your profile by continuously proposing new service solutions that meet Clients' objectives and will help them grow their business.

Attendance of meetings with the Key Clients and presentation of current offers.

Negotiating contracts with Clients and establishing timeline of service execution.

Ensure the highest quality of services delivered in a timely manner.

Reporting on weekly and monthly basis to linear management.

Resolving Key Clients' issues and complaints

Be initiative and always strive for more!
